If you disappeared for 30 days, would your pipeline survive?

I sold $20M before I admitted I didn't own a business. I owned a sales job. Here's the test, and what changed it.

I sold $20M in real estate before I admitted something: I didn't own a business. I owned a sales job.

Commission only. No PTO. No 401k match. And a boss that never let up: the next deal.

The test

Stop prospecting for 30 days. If nothing closes in month two, you don't own a business. You are the business. When you stop, it stops.

That's not entrepreneurship. That's a job with extra steps.

It only becomes a business when you build the machine:

  1. A prospect list you touch on schedule, not when you remember.
  2. Outreach that starts conversations while you're on a call.
  3. Follow-up that runs whether you're closing a deal or at your kid's recital.

The old excuse is dead

The old excuse was headcount. Building that machine used to take an ops team most founders can't afford.

That excuse is gone. AI now does the research and the first draft. A person checks every message. The machine runs while I sell and while I hang out with my girls. My job changed from doing the outreach to building the machine that does it, and then reading what it wants to send.

So, entrepreneurship or sales job? It's a sales job by default. Entrepreneurship is a choice you make with systems.

Be honest: if you disappeared for 30 days, would your pipeline survive?

See what we'd send

Give us 3 to 5 people you'd genuinely like to meet.

We'll show you the LinkedIn outreach we'd write for them, and why, before you pay a dollar. A person reads every message before it sends.
